Payment

Currently we accept only Paypal for payment.
Paypal will process your credit card on their secure server. You can feel
comfortable dealing with a company that's known for secure credit card
processing when you order from Gear 4 Gearheads!
Buyers in New York state will be charged their local sales tax rate. At this time, Paypal cannot accurately charge NYS sales tax. Due to this,
you will be charged a flat 9% rate on your order, and we will refund the
difference between that rate and your actual sales tax rate in your county after
payment is received.

Shipping
|
We ship US Postal Service Priority Mail on all orders unless
otherwise noted. If you need upgraded shipping options, please contact us for
rates.
We ship only within the US at this time.
Your order will be
shipped to the address listed on Paypal. If this is a gift order and there is a
different address that must be used, please contact us directly.

Refunds and Exchanges
|
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We cannot
accept returns on items over 30 days from date of purchase. All returns must be
in like new, resalable condition. Buyer is responsible for lost or damaged items
on returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and refunds will be
for original item price and tax only, initial shipping charges will not be
refunded. Please contact us prior to making a return.
If the package has
been shipped UPS or FedEx, please note damage when signing for the shipment. If
damage was concealed, buyer has 5 business days to report the damage to us so a
claim can be made. If the package was shipped via US Mail, please notify us
within 5 business days of the damage so a claim can be started. Please do not
discard any packaging or the damaged item if an item is damaged, as this will be
needed to process a claim.
