Detroit is arguably the center of the motoring and
cruising universe and Woodward avenue is probably among the most historic and
well known cruising spots in the US. MI route 1 was the unofficial testing
grounds for the 60's muscle cars rolling out of the Big Three's plants back in
the heyday of the automobile, as well as a popular place to drag race other car
lovers. If you wanted to be seen, you cruised Woodward! Now that is being
recreated every August in the form of the Woodward Dream Cruise. So get out your
fuzzy dice, put on your favorite cruising tunes and pick up one of our
t-shirts-then head out to Woodward to bring back the good ole days! We have
personally cruised Woodward during the Dream Cruise (from Ferndale to
Pontiac-AND all the way back!) every year since 03 (the year of the blackout AKA
